Oops! Forgot about this for a while. But the old tenet holds true: no news is good news. As you can see over Becca's feet above, Hawaii was AWESOME. In many senses of the word. We are still lamenting having had to return. One of the best parts was when Becca noticed that every time she took her pills in the morning she'd think "Oh yeah, I forgot I have cancer." That was when we knew this was a good vacation!
Herceptin and Zometa today. The echo Becca had on Monday showed no heart problems, as usual, and the oncologist said it's good that her monthly cycle has not come back because estrogen levels are best kept low. Scheduling snafus forced her to move the next reconstructive surgery from the 15th to the 29th. It's just a day surgery. Ya know, origami and all that.
