Given the back biopsy results, Becca's doctors have decided the 3 sternum spots can wait until after the mastectomy. We will hit them with radiation after she heals. We had the pre-surgery visit today along with the herceptin dose. Full speed ahead, June 24.
Speaking of full speed ahead, Jack's team has made it to the championship game, helped in no small part by his slam that hit the center field fence for a double! Great, but this throws a wrench into our Saturday which was supposed to be spent at our college reunion.
So here's a plea to any college buddies following along. If you are going to reunions, please drop us a line to say how late you will be there Sunday morning. We're still hoping for a rainout Saturday but if it doesn't happen, we are seriously considering screaming up there to see as many people as we can Sunday morning. Let us know!
