I'm takin' the day off today so I'm able to report to you live from a Herceptin visit!
Um…
Actually there's nothing much else to report. I just wanted to say COMING TO YOU LIVE! The every 3-week Herceptin treatments continue apace; we're here with our favorite nurses. Becca is doing well, although her frequent trips into Boston this week are very tiring. She and Destine are closing up the Boston office in favor of a permanent work-from-home situation, so these long-commute days are apt to be the last for quite some time.
And not to belabor the point, but we're so enjoying entering a much less trepidatious holiday season. How "new" everything seasonal feels, even though it is mostly the same as last year. Just without the angst. We are knee-deep in basketball practices, spaghetti with Santa, and Christmas concert preparations (all you locals see here), and loving every minute of it.
