Not so fast there, partner. Becca has been acting all "back in action", but Reality made a comeback today. She caught a few innings of Jack's 9am game and then went home. We haven't seen her much since. Today is a sleeping day -- payment we suspect for the past couple days of her acting like she didn't just have major surgery.
Actually the visiting nurse said to expect this. Recovery is often anything but linear.
In other news, we had a good check-up with Dr. L. on Friday. One drain was taken out! Two more to go, but this first one (under the left arm) was the biggest pain according to the patient.
Many thanks to the Quints, who delivered a fantastic chicken parmesan, which each kid wolfed. And that does not happen as often as you think.
