the other shoe

Ok well we knew it was coming. Becca is tired. Very tired. She slept all day but still insisted on hosting & coaching Jack's DI team this afternoon, but it took everything she had and we will not be so foolish the Sunday after chemo next time. Two weeks from now DI will have to take place somewhere else and possibly be coached by another parent as well.

She was up for dinner though, and when she heard the Cohens were handling it tonight she secretly hoped for that best of all Jewish comfort foods... the noodle kugel. And, in it came! And it had a chicken and carrots and applesauce muffins along with it. Now Becca may be losing a lot of hair (her part is now a parrrrrrrt), but one thing she is not losing is her appetite. When she's up, she eats. Thank you thank you Cohens!
